Approximately 1 week out of every 2 months, time is set aside to upgrade and perform basic maintenance on previously sold knives.  There will be a limited number of spots available.  The only thing required to reserve a spot is a payment that covers return shipping of the knife.
We will send notification to the those who have reserved spots, 2 weeks before the knives need to be sent back to us.  At that time, we will finalize the total cost due for upgrades and/or basic maintenance being requested.
